Spicciati, i centesimi che aiutano i giovani. E’ un progetto, ideato da Start Italy e pensato per le nuove generazioni. Un progetto basato sulla raccolta di monete da 1,2,5 centesimi. I fondi raccolti sono destinati a finanziare start up, nuove imprese e percorsi professionali.
Le aree tematiche a cui il progetto fa riferimento sono Life Scienze, Bio – economia, Turismo, Industria, Cultura e Creatività, Energy e Social Innovation.
A partire da settembre 2019, verrano resi noti i bandi di partecipazione al progetto Spicciati. Per ogni area tematica , una commissione Tecnico Scientifica selezionerà i progetti da finanziare.
Spesso le monete da 1, 2 e 5 centesimi, i cosiddetti ramini, sono sono considerate come ‘scarto’ e addirittura il loro costo di produzione supera il loro valore. Pochi sanno, invece, che valgono oltre 198 milioni di euro (dati Banca d’Italia 2017) e costa molto allo Stato riprodurle. Dal primo maggio, festa dei lavoratori, sarà possibile recuperale per creare occupazione. Tutti insieme possiamo creare ricchezza. La sfida è raccogliere sul territorio italiano quanti più centesimi possibile. Raccolta che produrrà un capitale che, messo insieme, rappresenta un importante contributo alla futura occupazione dei giovani”. Gian Maria Miliacca, presidente dell’Associazione Start Italy

E’ un progetto serio che fondamentalmente non chiede niente a nessuno. Un progetto che può dare futuro e speranza a chi ha voglia di dare un futuro al proprio Paese. Sarà un supporto a 360 gradi a giovani start up. Sono progetti semplici ma creativi e innovativi. Mi piace anche l’idea che dei giovani, come i promotori del progetto, pensano ai giovani con una idea dinamica e vincente. Del resto Paperon de’ Paperoni è diventato ricco con un centesimo. Il progetto Spicciati, sarà presente in tutte le Tabaccherie Italiane. Saranno loro ad ospitare le Bottiglie di Spicciati, valorizzando e promuovendo il progetto.
Saranno le bottiglie che raccoglieranno i centesimi. La bottiglia come Salvadanaio. Il viaggio della bottiglia viene monitorato e coordinato in ogni passaggio.
Dalla consegna in migliaia di Tabaccherie, luogo dove avviene la raccolta, al ritiro e trasporto nei depositi di stoccaggio, alla rendicontazione da parte di un istituto che si occupa esclusivamente della gestione della moneta metallica, fino al corrispettivo dell’ammontare versato in un istituto bancario.
